How can I get the activation email for my account?


To receive your activation message, click the "Activate your account so other singles can see your profile" link on the horizontal menu at the top of any page on the website.

You can also go into the "My account settings" section and click the "Send me the email again" link in the "Your account has not been activated!" box.


How can I change the gender of my profile?


Once you have registered on the website, it is not possible to change the gender of your profile. You will need to create a new account with the correct sex or contact us.


My email address has already been used


Once your email address is linked to a profile on our database, you cannot use it on another account.

Before you can free up this email address and use it on your new profile, you will need to close your existing account. To do so, connect to your existing account by entering your login information on the home page. If you do not have your password, generate a new one by going to: “Already a member? Login” followed by "Forgot your login details?" on the homepage.


Why can't I create an account?


If your email address is already in our database, you will not be able to create a new account. If you wish to create a new account and link your email address to it, you will need to start by closing your old account.

If you are not sure whether you already had an account, try to recover your login information using the "Forgot your login details" link on the home page. You will then receive a password reset link so that you can access your account again.

Lastly, check that you have not received any messages from our teams indicating that your profile was closed.
